Returns, Faults and Damaged Items

We take pride in the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, you must contact Totally Magical Designs within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Please provide:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the item and packaging

Requests made after 48 hours will be assessed at our discretion.


Custom and Personalised Products

Due to the personalised nature of our products, all custom items, including items featuring names, photographs, custom wording, or customer requested designs, are non refundable and non returnable unless the item is faulty or we have made an error.


Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases.

Please carefully review all spelling, design selections, colours, and product details before placing your order.


Product Variations

Many of our products are handmade, custom made, or individually produced. Minor variations in colour, placement, sizing, and finished appearance may occur and do not constitute a fault.

Colours displayed on computer monitors, mobile devices, and tablets may vary from the final printed product due to individual screen settings.


Production Timeframes

Unless otherwise stated, our standard production timeframe is 5 to 10 business days from payment confirmation and design approval.

Production times may increase during peak periods, sales events, public holidays, and seasonal promotions.

Any quoted turnaround times are estimates only.


Pre Orders and Pre Sale Items

Estimated arrival dates for pre order items are provided as a guide only and may change due to supplier or shipping delays beyond our control.

If your order contains both in stock and pre order items, your order will be shipped together once all items are available unless additional postage is paid for separate shipping.

Once your pre order item arrives at Totally Magical Designs, please allow up to 3 business days for processing and dispatch.

Cancellation of a pre order before dispatch may incur a 20% administration and restocking fee.


Non Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty:

• Personalised or custom made products
• Sale items and clearance items
• Seconds quality items
• Gift cards
• Digital downloads
• Custom design files
• Health and personal care products


Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 24 hours of approval.

Please note that financial institutions and payment providers may take additional time to process and display the refund.

Shipping charges are non refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.

Where appropriate, a store credit may be offered instead of a refund.


Sale and Clearance Items

Items marked as Sale, Clearance, Seconds, or Reduced to Clear are sold as described and are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

We do not offer exchanges for change of mind purchases.


Discount Codes and Promotions

Discount codes must be entered during checkout.

Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively once an order has been completed and no refunds will be provided for missed discount codes.

Only one promotional offer or discount code may be used per order unless otherwise stated.


Custom Design Work

A non refundable $10 design fee applies to all custom design requests and is payable before the first draft is created.

Design proofs are provided for approval prior to production. Once approved, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all details are correct.

Totally Magical Designs is not responsible for errors approved by the customer.

All custom artwork, graphics, and designs created by Totally Magical Designs remain the intellectual property of Totally Magical Designs unless otherwise agreed in writing.


Outstanding Payments

Invoices must be paid within the agreed payment period.

Overdue accounts may incur a $50 administration fee per week until payment is received in full.

Totally Magical Designs reserves the right to suspend future orders until outstanding balances have been cleared.


Shipping and Delivery

Standard Shipping

Delivery timeframes vary depending on location and Australia Post processing times.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been lodged with Australia Post.

Once your order has been shipped, delivery is outside the control of Totally Magical Designs.

Express Shipping

Express Shipping refers to the postage service selected and does not prioritise order production.

If you require your order urgently, please select any available priority production option at checkout.

Delivery estimates provided by Australia Post are not guaranteed.


Lost, Delayed or Stolen Parcels

Once an order has been lodged with Australia Post and tracking information has been provided, responsibility for delivery transfers to the shipping provider.

Totally Magical Designs is not responsible for parcels that are delayed, lost, stolen, damaged in transit, or marked as delivered by Australia Post.

Customers are encouraged to lodge enquiries directly with Australia Post where required. We will assist where reasonably possible.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the return is due to a fault or error on our behalf.

All returned items must be sent with tracking. Proof of postage must be retained until the return has been received and processed.

Totally Magical Designs is not responsible for items lost in transit during return shipping.
