Refund Policy/ Terms and Conditions
Policy
Once your item arrives you have 48 Hours to contact us if there is a problem with your item this includes damages, incorrect design. anything outside this time will be based on consideration depending on the issue.
Returns
Custom items including anything that has a custom name has a non return policy and will not be refunded unless faulty.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, this must be returned directly to Totally Magical Designs.
Change of mind
We offer no change of mind refund due to designs needing to be created to suit your requirements.
Pre-Orders
Pre Sale/Pre Order If you do choose to purchase a Pre-sale item as well as a item already in stock then all items will be shipped together when the Pre-sale item arrives. Unless you would like to pay a extra postage fee.
All Pre sale items have a date of when the item is due to arrive at Totally Magical Designs. Once arrived your order will take up to 3 business days to be sent out.
Change of mind for all pre-ordered items will occur a 20% restock fee.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 24 hours and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note all banks take different processing times - so if delays persist please contact your bank directly.
If items are not faulty and not damaged we have the right not to refund. If we do refund a store credit will be applied minus any shipping fees.
Discount Codes:
Discount Codes need to be added at time of purchase. No refunds will be given if you have forgot to use the code.
Sale Items / Seconds
Sale items / Seconds (which will be stated clearly in the description of sale) are unable to be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. No refund will be given for Change of mind.
Outstanding Payments
If payment hasn’t been received within a certain time frame (as per our agreement) a $50 admin fee will be added every Sunday until payment is made.
Designs
All custom designs will occur a $10 non refundable cost. This is payable before first draft is sent for approval.
All designs once confirmation will be sent to you, these designs are to not be altered in any way.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
All returns must be returned using Australia post with Tracking, a lodgement slip must be obtained when lodging at the post office as proof of shipping. If you don’t provide this information and the item doesn’t arrive we will not be able to refund your item.
Shipping
Standard delivery can take up to 14 business days. Tracking number will be provided to you as soon as Lodged with Australia Post. Once it’s shipped it is outside of our control.
Express Delivery can take 3-5 Business days and depending on your location can take Longer. Please refer to Australian Post for postcodes that meet the 3-5 Business day delivery.
By choosing Express post this does not bump your order to the top of the list. Please select priority at Checkout if you require your order urgently.
